Accenture and the DTCC have released a white paper outlining a model they developed for governing permissioned DLT networks.

David Treat, co-lead of Accenture's blockchain business, explains that enterprises need a governance model for the networks they are creating to realize the benefits of blockchain and other distributed ledger technologies.  He also discusses the various other ways Accenture is helping its clients evolve their business in the emerging blockchain era.
